suggestions to make our trip to Tahiti all that it could be. We just left
some glowing reviews on Trip Advisor for the two Intercontinental resorts that
we stayed at. If there is any way that we can give feedback for you

By
the way, the 'Ambassador Club' suggestion was priceless. They treated us
like kings and the upgrades were excellent. The late checkout (4:00) on
our last day made it feel like we added an extra day to our vacation!

Westin Maui
Resort
I
just wanted to let you know that we loved our five days in Maui.
Everything
on the trip was exactly as it was explained...no surprises. I love that. We got
an upgrade at the Westin and had an ocean view room on the sixth floor! (We do
own two Westin weeks). The Hertz convertible was very cool...even with all the
trade winds while we were there! Hawaiian Air was first class. Great flights and
service. We enjoyed the welcome coffee, too, from you. Breakfast every morning
was perfect. Also, we were not charged the resort fee. The Westin staff was
first class. The hotel rooms are a little tired, but are going under renovation.
The resort credit was applied daily to our bill, and we didn't have to use it as
a credit every day. Two cocktails each day were about all we could handle! A
great package.
I
can't say enough good things about the trip. Please let us know of any other
specials to Maui or Kauai next year. Five days was a little too short, but a
week would be great.

Staying
at the Hilton Bora Bora Nui in one of their overwater bungalows was an
experience neither of us will ever forget! We both enjoyed the ability to relax
and unwind without the pressure to "see all the sights" that some vacations seem
to bring. In short, it was a perfect time for us to experience a bit of
"paradise" on earth.

I hope all is going
well with you. I just wanted to let you know we had a FANTASTIC time at
The Four Seasons Hualalai!!! Prior to the
trip we added two nights to our vacation, so we ended up staying seven
nights rather than five. Our accommodations were perfect. We stayed
on the bottom floors and had a view of King’s Pond and the ocean just
beyond the pond. Another great benefit to our room location was its
proximity to the kids club, which our children loved. They spent Mon, Wed,
and Fri mornings there, and loved it. It allowed Karen and me to have some adult
time without feeling guilty about leaving them somewhere they didn’t truly
enjoy. Everything was great. The fact that the kid’s club was
included with the stay and the very generous $80 breakfast voucher we received
from you really made a difference; thank you very much!!!
Basically we had
such a great time that we very much want to return next year, around the same
time. I know this is quite a while from now but just wanted to alert you
to the fact. Therefore, if the rates are similar to what we paid for this
vacation we would like to book a Friday to Saturday (eight nights) trip the week
prior to next year’s Thanksgiving week. The bottom floor rooms really
worked out well; especially given that we had the outdoor showers as part of the
bathroom (the upper floors don’t have that luxury).

such a great experience. When the time comes and you feel the rates won’t
get any better, please get in touch with me so that we can make arrangements for
next year.

Westin Maui Resort
I
wanted to take a moment to thank you. First off, you recommended the
Westin over the Sheraton Maui and for our tastes,
you were spot on. I wouldn't hesitate to check out the Sheraton, but we
met a couple that was staying there and they felt their rooms were a little
outdated for what they were paying.
Second,
the upgrade in our room was fantastic. They called it a "partial" ocean
view, but we were left asking how much more of the ocean we would need to see to
have a full ocean view.
Third,
you had a birthday cake sent and my girlfriend was elated. Thank you for
earning me some brownie points. No man can ever have enough of
those.
I
will refer you to friends/family/co-workers, etc. We did not
purchase our airfare thru you, and next time we definitely will just have
you handle the whole thing. Thanks again.

make it over to Hawaii at least once a year, and just when i think i've found a

price, and does she! Not only was the price lower, we were also upgraded to an

I
always wondered what the difference was between booking my own vacation or
calling someone up. Well I sure found out. Cathy gave me the run down on the
resort I looked at online and suggested another resort in the Wailea. She
explained the different areas of Maui and what they had to offer. She made
sense, and I am so glad I took her advice since it was my honeymoon. Of course I
had to look at the resort I found online originally when I was on Maui. Boy was
she right! I wanted quiet and peaceful, and the other place was like Disneyland.
You wouldn’t know that from all the stuff I found online.Even trip advisor said great things
about the resort, but for a honeymoon it would have been awful. Thank you Cathy,
I appreciate all your advice and most of all the great deal!
